San Donato’s Recipes Advent Calendar: Negroni Sbagliato – San Donato Edition
As long as you’ve not lived under a rock, you might have heard about this Negroni Sbagliato that is raging all over tik tok and instagram. Yup, the one with prosecco in it… Stunning am I right?
Well considering here a Fattoria San Donato we make a delicious Vermouth: Coraggio Liquido and an even more fantastic Spumante Gioia Liquida we thought we’ll teach the San Donato Version of this very Italian drink, mixing some Courage with some joy. A winning recipe that is sure to bring some bonne heure!

INGREDIENTS
- Spumante Gioia Liquida 1/3
- Vermouth Coraggio Liquido 1/3
- Bitter Campari 1/3
- Orange slice 1
Vermouth ricette
Fill your glass with ice.
Mix the Campari with the vermouth, then top with the spumante, respecting the proportions.
Stir carefully using a small spoon.
Et voilà, finish your drink with a fresh orange slice and enjoy.
