You will be able to taste the wine and see directly where it comes from and how it is made. See you there!

Light lunch or merenda

You will taste 4 of our wines, two of our whites: traditional Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and the selection Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Angelica (fermented in barrique barrels) and two reds: traditional Chiani Colli Senesi DOCG and teh Chianti Selection Fiamma, fermented in barrique barrels.

Our wines are at their best when paired with local food such as: the bruschetta with our Extra-virgin Olive oil and garlic, olives, mild chilly pepper made with Vernaccia vinegar and a mix of charcuterie: Prosciutto ham, Tuscan Salami and fennel salami and cheeses: natural gorgonzola, pecorino with a selection of jams and/or honey and ricotta with herbs and sundried tomatoes.

This option is perfect for a light lunch or for merenda, the italian version of a snack break. If you are feeling hungrier or feel like tasting different or more wines we can personalise your menu.  Just ask, we will make it happen.
