Get ready to get your hand floury and eyes watching for these wonderful cooking classes. Follow Federica in kitchen and outside of it to learn about Tuscan cuisine, its secrets, its recipes, its herbs and tradition. You will also be lucky to join Federica in our vegetable garden, if the weather allows it, to pick and choose the vegetable and herbs that we are going to use in our classes.

Cooking show

Watch from up close how our wonderful Federica makes the magic of italian cuisine happen. Get introduce to the wonders of Tuscan cuisine, how to make ragù, salti in bocca or how to use Saffron in your recipes. Federica will also explain all about Tuscan food culture and tradition as well as the story of our beautiful home: San Donato.
Find out all the  secret of Italian and Tuscan cuisine, how to use herbs and different ingredients. Hear about our traditions, our culinary tips and methods to fully immerse in Italian culture. Food, wine, entertainment and story telling all in one, you can’t possibly go wrong!

Full meal Cooking class

Get your hands dirty learning how to make a full Italian meal from the antipasti to the dessert. In this class you will learn how to make a full tuscan meal. antipasti such as the spelt salad using all the vegetables, herbs and chickpeas from our vegetable garden, pasta: ravioli, tagliatelle, pici , with different sauces , ragù, saffron, pecorino and courgette or aglione. You will then prepare salti in bocca sage, prosciutto and pork as well as chicken in Vernaccia and Saffron sauce, last but not least the wonderful tiramisù.
Find out all the  secret of Italian and Tuscan cuisine, how to use herbs and different ingredients. Hear about our traditions, our culinary tips and methods to fully immerse in Italian culture. An experience not to be miss: You will able to eat delicious food made with your own hands and later surprise all your friends with your amazing new skills!

  4. Preparation of the ravioli filling and of the pasta sauce (with aromatic herbs, meat and tomato), as well as the other courses such as meat cooked with wine and aromatic herbs, last but not least tiramisù.
  5. A rich lunch with the dishes you made and other local and traditional products

Pasta, Tiramisù e cooking Show

A shorter yet entertaining and mixed version of our cooking classes. You get the pasta making and the tiramisù making plus Federica’s wonderful magic making in the kitchen. You will learn all the hacks of pasta making: pici, ravioli, tagliatelle and the different sauces that can go with them: ragù, aglione, pecorino, courgettes and saffron. Can’t go wrong, if you are ready to get your hands floury and your ears open, we got a place, an apron and a hat ready for you in San Donato!
