You will also be lucky to join Federica in our vegetable garden, if the weather allows it, to pick and choose the vegetable and herbs that we are going to use in our classes.
Watch from up close how our wonderful Federica makes the magic of italian cuisine happen. Full meal Cooking classes
Get your hands dirty learning how to make a full Italian meal from the antipasti to the dessert. In this class you will learn how to make a spelt saad using all the vegetables, herbs and chickpeas from our vegetable garden and pasta in different declinations: ravioli, tagliatelle, pici , maltagliati with different sauces butter andsage, ragù, saffron, pecorino and crougette or aglione. You will then prepare salti in bocca sage, prosciutto and pork as well as chicken in Vernaccia and Saffron sauce for your second course. We will end with the wonderful and classical tiramisù- what else?

Pasta, Tiramiù e cooking Show
A shorter yet entertaining and mixed version of our cooking classes. You get the pasta making and the tiramisù making plus Federica’s wonderful magic making in the kitchen. You get the show, the cooking and the explaination without forgetting an incredibly rich and tasty lunch.
