A farmer’s and family cuisine, starting from the earth and iits fruits

There certainly are many Tuscan cooking courses and many compent chef ready to teach them. I am not a chef but I love cooking, I do it for my family, for my guests, for my friends and I I cultivate the earth and know its fruits. During the years I have collected and experimented with typical Tuscan recipes and I have now a rich reportoire of the cuisine from the countryside.

Here is my proposition: cook with me and let me introduce you to the great protagonists of Tuscan cuisine (extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs, legumes …), to the traditional preparation techniques and to our family recipes. Find out an authentic Tuscan cooking experience

Watch from up close how our wonderful Federica makes the magic of italian cuisine happen. Get introduced to the wonders of Tuscan cuisine: how to make ragù, salti in bocca or how to use Saffron in your recipes. Federica will also explain all about Tuscan food culture and tradition as well as the story of our beautiful home: San Donato.<br /> Find out all the secret of Italian and Tuscan cuisine, how to use herbs and different ingredients. Hear about our traditions, our culinary tips and methods to fully immerse in Italian culture. Food, wine, entertainment and storytelling all in one, you can't possibly go wrong!


Full meal Cooking classes

Get your hands dirty learning how to make a full Italian meal from the antipasti to the dessert. In this class, you will learn how to make a full tuscan meal: antipasti such as the spelt salad using all the vegetables, herbs and chickpeas from our vegetable garden, pasta: ravioli, tagliatelle, pici , with different sauces , ragù, saffron, pecorino and courgette or aglione. You will then prepare salti in bocca sage, prosciutto and pork as well as chicken in Vernaccia and Saffron sauce, last but not least the wonderful tiramisù.


Pasta making

A shorter yet entertaining and mixed version of our cooking classes. You get the pasta making and the tiramisù making plus Federica’s wonderful magic making in the kitchen. You get the show, the cooking and the explanation without forgetting an incredibly rich and tasty lunch. Can’t go wrong, if you are ready to get your hands floury and your ears open, we got a pasta making station, an apron and a hat ready for you in San Donato!
