In the evening, we organise Tuscan dinners for our clients, upon request. Unfortunately, eating all together from the buffet is not possible anymore. However if our breakfast buffet stands, surely the dinner one doesn’t fall out either! Same food and wine abundance, same buffet but we will be serving it while you instruct us from a safe distance. We will begin with a short visit of our farms and of our cellar while sipping on an aperitivo made with our Spumante or a Cocktail made with our Vermouth. Then we will serve a rich Tuscan dinner with a fixed menu paired with our wines: Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi in their various declinations.
A simple, healthy, tasty, local and seasonal cuisine that follows family recipes. The starters offer the best of the cured meats and local cheeses, the traditional croutons, savory cakes, vegetables both fresh, pickled, in oil and cooked and much more. The first course follows: Tuscan traditional soups such as Ribollita, spelt minestrone, pappa col pomodoro, acquacotta or pasta dishes like pici all’aglione or with local meats sauces, ravioli, farrotto with vegetables or short past with saffron sauce. The first course will change each time, so asks us what you will be lucky to try on the day!
As second curse we offer a selection of meats: arista with vernaccia sauces, nodini al chianti, scaloppine o salsicce al vinsanto , or a wonderful barbecue with the famous “ Chianina steak”. A wide assortment of seasonal vegetables from our vegetable garden will accompany the meats.
We will end with the traditional Vinsanto( of our production) and cantuccini as well as other desserts from the tradition such as panforte and last but not least our two varieties of grappas.
We offer various choices for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet as well as celiacs. We are open to organise, upon request, themed dinner or specific dishes.
